What to expect and what sets me apart?
There are many trainers in the fitness industry who cater to their specific members. Example: Anytime Fitness will only cater to their members and will only be able to train 1x1 at one location - typically the members "home" gym location - as in, where they first signed up and joined. Same goes with Snap Fitness, Crunch, YMCA, WAC, etc.

What sets me apart is I love having options on what gym I choose. I have gyms that are 10 minutes from my house but also I will drive 30 mins to another location, just for the fact that its a different, unique and sometimes more motivating environment - along with modern and/or old school gym equipment.
That's where my program comes in. I enjoy a variety of gym locations and like to change my workouts as well as engage different cliental for motivation, tips/tricks, or offer guidance and best practices. Mainstream gyms like Planet Fitness do not offer training. Smaller and home based gyms like Animal House and MetroFlex also do not. I've also gotten feedback that members at their "home" gym locations don't recommend their trainers - because sometimes the trainer...needs a trainer.

I will work with you on a variety of goals and accomplishments that you want to strive for. I don't settle for the "Dad Bod" because I know I have potential and don't want to be categorized just because I'm a father and a husband. I want to show and pave the way for my son and prove to others that being strong in the mind and body, disciplined, accountable and dedicated can easily be achieved at any age and whether you're a hard working husband, father, wife or mother - anything is attainable. Don't settle for the status quo.

My workout philosophy is simple and basic - and focus on the old school mentality. I was influenced on the "Golden Era" of bodybuilding throughout the last 15 years. From Frank Zane, Tom Platz, to Mike Mentzer - to me those are the individuals that focused on symmetry, conditioning, and aesthetics. Meeting Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Dennis Wolf, and Greg Plitt back in 2011 at Mr. Olympia, that motivated me to start competing and start focusing on a healthy and stronger mindset of longevity and discipline.

We will leave our egos at the door and focus on the weight, the muscle group, and we will start with the basics of full range of motion with proper technique. Mastering workouts under experience and professional guidance builds confidence inside and outside the gym. As you improve physically, your self-esteem and mental strength grow too. If you’re serious about reaching your fitness goals, investing in this program is one of the best ways to stay disciplined, improve efficiently, and create lasting change.

My name is Adam, born and raised in Wisconsin. From my first competition back in 2012 - that's when my disciplined continued after serving six years in the United States Air Force from 2001 - 2007. Started with small steps, but each step has led to major growth. The journey isn’t always easy, but the results are worth it. I believe in pushing through challenges and transforming not just my body, but my mindset. Consistency is key, and I’ve learned that every setback is an opportunity for a comeback. Whether it's lifting weights, others may find running, or practicing yoga their forte, I’m committed to becoming the best version of myself.

In 2016, I met my wife and years later, got married. Becoming a husband isn’t just a title—it’s a responsibility, a commitment, and a new level of purpose. My fitness journey is about more than just building strength; it’s about discipline, consistency, and showing up every day as the best version of myself. I train hard not just for me, but for my partner, for our future, and for the life we’re building together. Discipline in fitness translates to discipline in life—because success isn’t about motivation, it’s about commitment. No excuses, no shortcuts—just steady progress and a relentless mindset.

In 2020, we had our first child. Becoming a father changed everything—it gave me a new purpose, a stronger ‘why.’ My fitness journey isn’t just about me anymore; it’s about leading by example, staying disciplined, and showing up every day for my family. Strength isn’t just physical; it’s mental, emotional, and built through consistency. Whether it’s early morning workouts, late-night reps, or pushing through tough days, I stay committed because I want to be the best version of myself—not just for me, but for our little boy. Discipline isn’t a choice; it’s a responsibility. Fitness is my way of proving that challenges make us stronger, and growth comes from never giving up.
